Is there anything worse than having to buy ink for home printer? You would think that the printer would cost money and you would get Free Printer Cartridges. Turns out it is the other way around. We bought a printer at the local big chain retail store; the cost of the printer was $34. It was not an all in one as all it did was printing. When we set it up is cam with a cartridge and was pretty happy with the quality. It was not going to print photos but it would serve the purpose. When I went back to the big local retail store we wrote down the cartridge number as it said this cartridge is half capacity and would only print a few pages. The color cartridge price for this printer was $28. We know this is original manufacture brand and we can but knock off online. We could also buy one of those kits to refill the cartridge ourselves. The bigger issue we have is the printer was only $34 the replacement cartridge is $28, does this not make the printer disposable. It seems for $6 more we could get a new printer every time. We wonder where this is going and if we are looking at printers becoming disposable and throw away after you use them.

Branding is everything and have an eye popping logo is very important. It does not matter what your market is a logo and branding is your company. We were looking at some Construction Logos and you can see by looking at them what each company considers needed. The best logo for us goes to Nike, it is not because of the look or design, let’s face it is one color and white. The brand is instantly recognizable when you see the swoosh you know that is Nike. That is what makes it the best logo as it does not say the company name, it is only one color, but everyone knows what it is. We were looking at logo and there are plenty of companies willing to design you a logo but remember a logo is your presence and what you want people to see and think of your company. There are many different styles and ideas, use the company name, company colors, a real picture, a enhanced graphic, or a cartoon image. These choices are at the heart of the logo and you defeat the purpose of a logo if you keep changing it. Once you make a choice you should stick with it and then only update the original. You hardly ever see an established company change their logo unless they are trying to reinvent themselves which is probably a bad sign anyway.
