first ever election broadcast made by uk public

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of goviral. All opinions are 100% mine.

We want to bring your attention to one of the most important things that will shape the rest of the century, education. There is an Independent education foundation called Edge that has collated public responses on what they would like to change in the education system. These Public responses are valuable as the information can be used in the run up to the UK general election, with the competition heating up even more following the first live TV debate with the main party leaders. The idea behind Edge is that the vocational and practical education should be valued just as highly as academic choices. To make this happen, they run campaigns and projects that challenge academic snobbery, stimulate demand for practical learning, and supply innovative learning opportunities. Since 2009 Edge has pushed the question that if you are a young person, parent, teacher or employer there are things you can do and must and the first step is to get involved. The have always followed six steps for success; a couple of these incude a broad curriculum up to age 14 develops life skills and experiences a range of future options including expanding in English, Math’s and Science’s. Replace the SAT so at 16 students would choose to specialize within their pathway. Beyond 18, students would have the opportunity to study at degree level in a centre of vocational excellence endorsed by employers.

Las Vegas Circus Circus

Monday, April 19th, 2010

There are plenty of places to stay in Las Vegas but none is as fun as Circus Circus. Sure some of the other hotels have great features but if you have ever dreamed of running away and joining the circus this is the place for you. There is a big top with a Circus acts running all the time. This is the home of The Steakhouse Garden Grill, and the Circus Buffett are two of the best east on the strip. The Adventuredome theme park which has twenty five rides including the Disko, Chaos, Coaster and Inverter is a day of fun for everyone. They have done a real good job of giving you more than just gambling. The routes you need to get to all these places are surrounded by gaming and you must pass multiple room of gaming to get around. It is after Las Vegas where from the minute you land at the airport the ringing of slots becomes background noise. There are times when you leave Vegas and it is six or seven hours later before you notice there is no sound of the slots anymore. Circus Circus has great offers for cheap rates on their rooms as well as deals on multiple days like a fourth day free. They have three swimming pools, one in the KOA RV Park and two at the Skyrise tower. All swimming pools are outside and also have Jacuzzis. The pools are heated to 80 degrees and their depths are from 3 feet to 9 feet. Circus Circus is a great place to stay on a budget in Las Vegas and offers plenty of other entertainment besides gambling. As we always say three days in Las Vegas is enough five might me alright and seven is way too long.

April Fools’ day prank from Dr Pepper!

Monday, April 19th, 2010

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of goviral. All opinions are 100% mine.

If you have not seen this you must check it out. The soda company Dr. Pepper played an April Fools’ day prank of epic proportion in 2010. The people at Dr Pepper decide to let a sexy cheerleader loose on the unsuspecting population of chatroulette! If you have not heard about Chatroulette it is the latest web phenomenon to take over going viral pretty fast. The media has picked up on it as well as moved it quickly to the headlines. Chatroulette is a complete random webchat platform that has got everyone chatting without knowing who is next up or what they are going to see. This clip is awesome as the cheerleader is hot and watching her pop up on the screen and seeing the young men reaction. She shakes and shimmys all over the screen. She then asks the boys to act like a dog and get their groove on. Then in a twist we will not give away it all goes horribly wrong for the excited young men. This is a great April Fools Day gift from Dr. Pepper and if you had never seen Chatroulette it is a little peek inside how the whole thing works. We loved it and think that it is worth a couple of views and it is one of those videos on the web that will never get old.

Crist asked to do the right thing

Monday, April 19th, 2010

The National Republican Senatorial Committee a group that helps Republicans get elected to the Senate is pressuring GOP Governor Charlie Crist to drop out of the Florida Senate race rather than run as an independent. There is pretty much no way will Crist continue running as a Republican against former state House speaker Marco Rubio. The latest poll shows Crist is trailing Rubio badly in the GOP primary but could win a three-way race with him and likely Democratic nominee U.S. Representative Kendrick Meek. Crist must decide by April 30 if he will remain in the Republican primary or take his chances in the general election without a party. He cannot switch after the primary. This is a strange fall from grace as it was only a year ago the polls showed Crist ahead of Rubio by 46 percentage points. Last week the same poll showed Rubio ahead by 23 percentage points. Rubio has collected endorsements from 2008 presidential candidates Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney who campaigned with Rubio last week, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee. Romney might be giving some payback to Crist who in 2006, accepted when Romney flew to Tallahassee as head of the Republican Governors Association with a $1 million check to help Crist run for governor. Then watch Crist throw his support in the eleventh hour to John McCain for President in 2008.
