Identity Theft Protection

The biggest concern facing people in this next decade is going to be what do if their identity is stolen. Then when you hear about things like Identity Theft Protection leader LifeLock being sued by one of the national credit services, you wonder who is protecting who. We have never been a fan of the big three credit score agencies and the power they hold over the credit of people. We never liked the fact they have assigned a scoring system FICO that they refuse to explain what good it serves. There needs to be a system that tracks your history and decides if you are a good or a bad risk. We need more of a human element involved in this process and less a computer-generated analysis. The problem is the computer spits out hard information and a human can give the soft side of the story. The computer will not say you are behind in all your bills because you lost your job. The fact that you lost your job and all your bills are still being paid is a testament to who you are and not a computer-generated number that drops by the day as the debt to open debt and 30-60 day late occarnces happen. This is why we all need some kind of Identity Theft Protection because this kind of thing can take years to fix. So many of us need to put out or information on a daily basis to perform the simplest tasks and each one makes us susceptible to being violated.
