Kennedy Like Father Like Son
Representative Patrick J. Kennedy of Rhode Island is another hypocritical congressman from the Kennedy clan. Ted Kennedy was a catholic that killed a young girl, married twice and was only catholic when it was time to vote for him. He never voted on faith against his party. Turns out the apple does not fall far from the tree. Representative Patrick J. Kennedy was called out by Roman Catholic Bishop Thomas J. Tobin for his pro choice votes. They were supposed to meet on Thursday. Patches postponed the meeting. This did not slow Bishop Tobin as he stepped up his public reprimand of Kennedy. Bishop Tobin is accusing him of “false advertising” for describing himself as a Catholic and saying he should not receive Holy Communion because he supports using taxpayer money for abortions. Bishop Tobin, in a publicly released statement called the Kennedy support of abortion rights “a deliberate and obstinate act of the will” that was “unacceptable to the Church and scandalous to many of our members.” The Kennedy’s have spent a better part of the last 50 years getting votes by claiming they were Irish Catholic in the heavy Catholic northeast. The truth is the lifestyle they have lived has never demonstrated they practice or believe any of the teachings. There at a bare minimum is rampart adultery and divorce.
